Conservatives have accused Carol Browner, Director of White House Office of Energy and Climate Change Policy, of destroying government files.

Judge Royce Lamberth Did Not Implicate Browner: "A federal judge held the Environmental Protection Agency in contempt Thursday for destroying computer files during the Clinton administration that had been sought by a conservative legal foundation.
